The complete manufacture of BY-PASS chimney systems allowing air direction with 3 x 3 meters dimensions to hot smoke gas exit of 4 turbines with 40 MW capacity was conducted according to requested project.
Since the bypass chimney systems of current turbines were old, there was a high amount of hot air – energy loss.
Thanks to system which has diverter, guillotine, suspender, diffuser, compensator with cloth, chimney bearing steel construction, this loss was reduced to an optimum degree.
With an isolation project requiring a special application technique, details absorbing the thermal dilatation and preventing the energy loss with heat bridges were conducted.
