The central triacetin process was designed, manufactured and assembled at site in order to get full automatic application flexibility and tanks with big volumes of triacetin material over one point to many filter machines to allow necessary labor and logistics advantages.

Current 14 filter machines were being feed with a separate barrel of triacetin material. There was a traffic problem in the site and a risk of work safety because of the constant consumption of material and material carriage via forklifts and employees.

Thanks to automation via specifically chosen pumps with necessary pressures and without creating air in the system, it was designed as high-level energy efficient.
