Safety cap system was designed, manufactured and assembled on site over 13 cigarette production machines, in a way not preventing the transportation to machine parts and easing the maintenance.
There was no necessary device allowing the employees to work in safety conditions in the current machines on the cigarette production site and thus there was the risk of work accident.
In context of safety precautions, the sensors over the caps were automatically checked and were designed to stop the machines when the safety caps open.
